Great watch with excellent dimensions and sapphire crystal! Can go with many different strap styles

Hi, this is my second tortoise having previously purchased a SRPG13K1.
These are great everday watches, light, rugged, easy to read - perfect for work or working out.
I have put both of mine on rubber straps, not always keen on the Seiko straps provided, but that goes for every late model Seiko i have purchased.
As always Seiko reliabilty and quality at this price is hard to beat.

Quality finish, saphire glass and a well rounded design. This watch ticked many boxes for me. A clicking bezel would've been an even better touch, but it's a compass bezel and hence, understandably missing. Watch Depot delivery times were clear and price was the best in the market.
The band isnanbitnstiff to begin with, but it will age beautifully over time I'm sure.

I just got the Seiko Prospex SRPG17J Automatic, and it’s a solid watch. presents incredible value for money. The design is clean and functional, with a black dial and luminous markers that are easy to read in any light. The stainless steel case feels sturdy, and the 200m water resistance is a nice touch if you’re around water often.

I’ve paired it with a tapered Milanese band, and it complements the watch really well—adds a bit of elegance without losing the functional look. It’s a no-frills, dependable watch that works for both everyday wear and more active situations. Definitely worth it if you want something versatile and well-built. I normally prefer smaller watches, this being 42.5mm outer diameter and a little thicker than I normally like was a risk for me, but it wears quite comfotably and Seiko have nailed the proportions of the watch - making it not look too cumbersome.
