Description
This model also includes a base 30 pulsations scale—an accurate, medically recognized method for measuring heart rate. To use, begin counting 30 heartbeats from the 12-hour marker; the position of the second hand when you reach 30 indicates the heart rate.
Additional functions include a date display, 12/24-hour time format, and water resistance up to 100 meters (10 Bar), making it suitable for swimming and snorkelling.
