I've got an 8" wrist, and the size is perfect. I wouldn't want to go any smaller. The strap was very stiff initally, but has softened after a couple of weeks. I'm on the second last hole.
The black dial really sets off the orange accents. I will get an orange strap for a different look. Great value.
