Citizen AW5000

Absolute cracker of a watch. I recently bought a Seiko SSK-001K gmt after seeing it rated highly by Nico Leonard - but it isn’t really a wear-it-to-work kind of watch. A colleague had recently bought a Citizen Tsuyosa and suggested I give some of their other watches a look for a possible daily. The AW-5000 is understatedly stylish watch in a package that doesn’t discourage daily use and the subsequent wear and tear. The lume isn’t as bright as the Seiko and the date window could use a cyclops as it is quite small but it is a worthy addition to any collection. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this watch a 5-star rating.
