Reliable watch

I purchased this watch primarily because of its style (fully numbered clock face), eco drive, accuracy (since purchase accuracy is within +/- 2 secs over a period of two weeks. The brand is renowned for reliability. I consulted an acquaintance jeweller with regard to his own retail experience as to which brand had proved most reliable. He advised that over a 15 year period he had never had any Citizen watch returned for repair/adjustment/warranty..... !!! This compared exclusively against all other brands. Delivery was better than expected despite difficult current circumstances.
