Watch Depot Rewards – Bonus Points Campaign Terms & Conditions

Effective: 23 July 2025 to 29 July 2025 (ACST)

This Bonus Points Campaign is a limited-time promotion under the Watch Depot Rewards Program.

1. Campaign Duration:
   The promotion begins 23 July 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ACST and ends 29 July 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ACST, unless extended or ended early at Watch Depot’s discretion.
2. Bonus Points Earning:
   All eligible Watch Depot Rewards members will earn 4 points per $1 spent during the campaign period, regardless of their current tier status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Points are calculated on the pre-GST value of qualifying purchases and may take up to 48-72 hours to reflect in your account.
3. Eligibility:
   • Must be an active Watch Depot Rewards member.
   • Members must be logged into their account at the time of purchase to earn points.
   • Only purchases made on WatchDepot.com.au during the campaign period qualify.
4. Exclusions & Restrictions:
   • Bonus points cannot be earned on purchases of gift cards, shipping, or taxes.
   • Reward point redemptions, discount coupons, and any other promotional codes or vouchers cannot be combined with this bonus offer.
   • Orders using previously issued reward coupons will not qualify for the bonus rate.
5. General Conditions:
   • Points earned during the campaign contribute toward tier progression.
   • Bonus points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
   • In the event of order cancellation or refund, points earned will be reversed.
   • Watch Depot reserves the right to amend or withdraw this campaign at any time without prior notice.
6. Program Governance:
   This campaign is governed by the full Watch Depot Rewards Terms & Conditions, which apply in conjunction with these campaign-specific terms.

 

1. Program Overview

The Watchdepot.com.au Rewards Program is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued loyalty. Members can earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts on future purchases.

2. Membership Tiers

The program consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers unique benefits as outlined below. 

2.1 Bronze Tier (0-874 points) 

• Entry level tier 

• Earn 1 point per $1 spent 

• No minimum points required 

2.2 Silver Tier (875-2490 points) 

• Earn 2 points per $1 spent 

• Birthday Bonus: 100 points 

2.3 Gold Tier (2500-4999 points) 

• Earn 4 points per $1 spent 

• Birthday Bonus: 150 points 

• Free shipping on orders over $50 

• Exclusive access to Gold Member Deals 

• Early access to big sales 

2.4 Platinum Tier (5000+ points) 

• Earn 5 points per $1 spent 

• Birthday Bonus: 200 points 

• $50 Birthday Coupon (minimum spend $399, sent separately) 

• Free shipping on all orders 

• Exclusive access to limited edition watches 

• Priority customer support 

• Exclusive access to Platinum Member Deals 

• Early access to big sales 

3. Earning Points

• Points are earned based on the tier level and the amount spent on qualifying purchases. 

• Birthday bonuses are awarded annually on the member's birthday, as registered in our system. 

• Points may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the member's account after a qualifying purchase. 

4. Redeeming Points

• The general conversion rate is 100 Points = $1 in redemption value. 

• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases according to the following structure:  

• 500 Points: $5 off coupon 

• 1000 Points: $10 off coupon 

• 1500 Points: $15 off coupon 

• 2000 Points: $20 off coupon 

• 5000 Points: $50 off coupon 

• Coupons may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other restrictions. 

5. Tier Upgrades and Downgrades

• Tier status is evaluated based on the number of points accumulated. 

• Upgrades occur immediately upon reaching the point threshold for the next tier. 

• Downgrades may occur if the required point balance is not maintained over a 12-month period. 

6. Point Expiration and Account Inactivity

• Points do not expire as long as the account remains active. 

• An account is considered inactive if no earning or redemption activity occurs over a 24-month period. 

• Inactive accounts may be closed, and all accumulated points forfeited. 

7. Program Changes and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. 

• Changes to the program will be communicated to members via email and/or on our website. 

• In the event of program termination, members will be given 30 days' notice to redeem their points. 
  
  

• The Watch Depot Rewards Program launches on 11 November 2024. Purchases made before this date will not earn rewards points. Only orders placed on or after 11 November 2024 will qualify for rewards accrual. Please contact customer support for further information.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Member information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

• By participating in the Rewards Program, members consent to receive program-related communications. 

9. Disclaimers

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. 

• We are not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from earning or redeeming points. 

• Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the program may result in termination of membership and Immediate forfeit of accumulated points. 
  
• Loyalty points are earned on the pre-GST transaction value only.

11. No Waiver and Severability

11.1 No Waiver: The failure of Watchdepot.com.au to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by Watchdepot.com.au of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. 

11.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. 

12. Applicable Law

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Adelaide/South Australia, Australia.
